Snow Trainers was founded in Queenstown, New Zealand in 2003 to provide you with the best ski and snowboard training. We offer courses in three countries – New Zealand, Japan, and the USA, so no matter where your hometown is, you’re not far from one of our training facilities. Snow Trainers’ philosophy is to provide you with the best possible ski & snowboard instructor courses and give you an amazing winter experience you will never forget!

Snow Trainers’ owner is one of the most highly qualified trainers and examiners in the world and has represented both the USA and New Zealand on their national demonstration teams!

Snow Trainers hires only the best ski and snowboard coaches. Our coaches are Trainers and Examiners for NZSIA / SBINZ (New Zealand) and PSIA-AASI (USA). We believe it is important for our students to be trained by the actual coaches who run the certification exams. Our trainers have many years of experience instructing students and training skiers and snowboarders to become instructors. They know what you need for the exams and also what’s required in the real world of instructing.

World Class Qualifications

The New Zealand and USA instructor qualifications are highly regarded and recognised around the world. Many of our instructors work in Europe, North America, Australia, Japan, and New Zealand. Our graduates who decide to pursue their career as instructors, all have been able to use their skills and qualifications attained during their training with Snow Trainers to secure jobs in the industry. Our students get to fulfill their dream of teaching others how to ski and snowboard!
